Title: Winter Festival
Location: OTES School
Description: This is our annual festival for our students, families and staff. It is a night filled with food, games and fellowship with our OTES families. We will be serving pizza, nachos, cotton candy and Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream. We will have games of all types set up throughout the school and ending the evenings events with a Silent Auction, benefitting the OTES classrooms. We look forward to seeing you there!

Staff Appreciation Volunteers

We would like to thank all of our volunteers that helped out with the wonderful week we had for our staff! There are so many that helped out, from Room Parents, committee chairs, and so many more. We could not have had such a successful week without all of YOU!!!!

Ice Cream Social 6:30-8pm

The PTO will sponsor a family social night on August 18, 2011. You will have the opportunity to tour the school, visit your child’s classroom, meet their teacher and view the student list for each teacher. Don’t forget to join the PTO in the cafeteria for ice cream and more! We look forward to seeing you there!
Fall Enrichment Begins

The Fall Enrichment classes are scheduled to begin the week of September 12th and will continue for six weeks. Information will be going home with students the week of August 29th. Several fun and exciting classes are scheduled! All registration forms and money is due on Fri, Sept 2.

Preschool Breakfast/Tea

New preschool students will meet their teachers at a breakfast/tea hosted by the PTO on Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Morning students will meet at 8:00 am for breakfast. Afternoon students should meet at 12:15 pm for an afternoon tea.
School Directory Available

The 2008-2009 OTES school directory order form has been sent home and has a due date of Friday September 5th. The cost is $5 and goes directly to your PTO to support programs throughout the year. We gladly accept sponsors for the directory to promote your business and support the PTO.
