We would like to thank all of our volunteers that helped out with the wonderful week we had for our staff! There are so many that helped out, from Room Parents, committee chairs, and so many more. We could not have had such a successful week without all of YOU!!!!

Thank you all so much for helping make this the “BEST” Staff Appreciation week ever!!!

Please consider volunteering for the Staff Appreciation committee. We will need volunteers to provide food donations throughout the year. Please contact Beth Pietras or Kim Dodson at staffappreciationchair @otespto.com for more information.

We would like to thank all of those that were able to donated food, helped set up, or helped clean up. We know we could not do it without your help and your very gracious donations. Thank you all so much!

Hospitality

The first event for our Hospitality committee is coming up. Our annual Newcomers Breakfast is scheduled for September 25th @ 8:00 a.m. This breakfast is for families new to Oak Trace and the Westfield area. We would love to see you if you are new to the area.

Tracey Hiatt will be contacting you if you volunteered to help with baked goods.

If you have not volunteered yet and you are looking for something to do to help without having to be at school then contact Tracey Hiatt at hospitalitychair @otespto.com .
